RESERVATION POLICY
To secure your chosen puppy, we require a refundable deposit of $400. This ensures the puppy is marked as sold and is no longer shown to other potential buyers.
💳 Remaining Balance: $500 (Due at pickup or prior to delivery)
Payment can be made through another agreed-upon method.
PUPPY VIEWING POLICY
We welcome serious buyers who want to meet their puppy before finalizing the purchase. The same reservation policy applies:
- A $400 deposit is required to reserve your puppy and schedule a viewing.
- The remaining $500 is due at the time of pickup, following the viewing.
This protects both the buyer and seller, ensuring the puppy is available only to the family who has reserved it.
REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the health, temperament, and accuracy of our puppy descriptions. If your reserved Rottweiler does not match the qualities we've described, we offer the following refund options:
- In-Person Pickup: If you visit and feel the puppy is not as described, we will issue a full refund on the spot.
- Delivery: If the puppy is delivered and does not match the agreed-upon description, you may return the puppy for a full refund.
Our goal is to make this process honest, joyful, and low-pressure, while protecting the wellbeing of every puppy and ensuring a perfect fit for your home.
